January 14, 2009 - AXIOMTEK introduced its extreme-small fanless embedded box computer, the eBOX530-820-FL, which is smaller than an adult hand. The eBOX530-820-FL is an incredibly small 130mm (W) x 95.4mm (D) x 47.1mm (H) embedded system based on an ultra low power Intel Atom processor up to 1.6GHz with the Intel System Controller Hub (SCH) US15W.
The integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 offers advanced graphics and 3D performance. In a rugged compact aluminum chassis, the eBOX530-820-FL provides a full set of I/O features including one Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports, VGA connector, audio connector, and PS/2 ports. This durable embedded computer also supports one 2.5” SATA HDD drive bay and the CompactFlash card for high-capacity storage.
Additionally, this all-in-one box computer features DDR2 memory up to 2GB, and required only +5V power input. For flexible installation, eBOX530-820-FL can be standalone, wall-mounted, or DIN-rail mounted. A Watchdog Timer is available to monitor the system.The friendly fanless design and unique thermal solution support the eBOX530-820-FL to operate without noise in critical environments at temperature from 0°C to 50°C. This durable embedded computer also offers excellent vibration resistance up to 1Grms.
The eBOX530-820-FL is the most compact yet powerful ATOM fanless embedded box computer on the market, and its price is very attractive. This RoHS compliant product will be available in the end of March 2009.
