July 11, 2016 - Bayshore Networks, Inc., a provider of technology that enables the Industrial Internet, announced a strategic alliance with PTS Data Center Solutions, an Oakland, New Jersey-based provider a data center availability solutions and services.
The two companies are going to market with a bundled cybersecurity solution for Data Centers. PTS DCS is offering the secure Bayshore IT/OT Gateway software product as part of its cyber threat protection services for data center industrial controls. The IT/OT Gateway protects data center elements that could provide cyber attack apertures, such as building automation systems, HVAC, power, fire suppression equipment, machine sensors, and card access readers.
Bayshore's cloud-based software, called the Bayshore IT/OT Gateway, provides IT departments with visibility into OT (Operational Technology) infrastructure, networks, applications, machines and workers. These OT networks are undergoing transformation and require services traditionally available for IT networks, such as secure remote access and analytics. Bayshore provides immediate value by preventing OT process disruptions, providing cybersecurity protection and enhancing operational efficiency and business continuity.
