Beckhoff Automation hires five engineers

The engineers include Jeffrey Anderson, Calvin Anderson, Cameron Johnson, Martin Tato and Tristan McCormick.

October 18, 2013 - Beckhoff Automation hired five more technical spport engineers. The new support staff includes: Jeffrey Anderson, Calvin Anderson, Cameron Johnson, Martin Tato and Tristan McCormick. They join the rapidly-growing U.S.

Technical Services Group at the company’s new Savage, Minn. headquarters and help the department provide the best possible service and support to Beckhoff’s growing North American customer base. “In order to continue providing best-in-class service and support to our customers who use leading edge Beckhoff products and solutions, the Technical Services Group must keep up with increasing demand by bringing in more skilled team members,” stated Nathan Eisel, Manager, Technical Services Group at Beckhoff Automation LLC. “All with a broad range of experience and knowledge, I am confident that with these five new additions to our team of expert support engineers we will strengthen our capacity to quickly and effectively address all customer support needs.”

All of the additions to the Beckhoff U.S. Technical Support Team are graduates or future graduates of technical schools, universities and colleges with impressive knowledge of PC-based control, computer science, PLC programming, machine troubleshooting and electrical engineering in general. Jeffrey Anderson who worked previously at Green Bay Packaging and MarquipWardUnited, comes to Beckhoff from with over 10 years of experience in machine troubleshooting and new machine start-ups. Anderson graduated from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Superior, Wisc.

Calvin Anderson brings his experience in programming, power systems, circuit analysis and more for immediate use at Beckhoff Automation LLC. Anderson is a recent graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Cameron Johnson returns to Beckhoff Automation LLC as a full-time employee. Johnson started as a Beckhoff U.S.

Technical Support Team Intern in 2012 and has proven to be a valuable team member. He will graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato at the end of 2013. Martin Tato joins the team with experience in system design, signal processing research, field service and computer programming. Tato is also a recent graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Tristan McCormick is currently a Beckhoff U.S. Technical Support Intern with knowledge in computer science, programming and economics. McCormick is a recent graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
