This new addition is an effective and simple way to protect equipment from EMI (electromagnetic interference). The iris spring technology allows for an easy and quick connection of the cable shield to the connector housing. Industrial applications with networking requirements can now be assured their connectors have EMI protection. Binder-USA’s M12 connectors, Series 713, 715 and 825, are offered with this new shielding technology.
