April 19, 2012 - Binder-USA is now manufacturing custom M8 and M12 cordsets and cable assemblies to customer specifications. By offering custom options for these cable connectors it significantly increases the interconnect solutions for a wide range of applications in nearly any industry. Single-ended and double-ended cordsets are possible with straight and right-angle connectors. Both the M8 and M12 sizes can accept between 3 and 8 wires and the M12 connectors are available with A-, B- and D-coding options. A variety of cable types can be used to fit a wide range of environmental conditions including high-flex, abrasion immune and coil-style cables.
Standard overmold and cable colors are black and yellow although other colors are possible and cables can be provided at any length. Cable assemblies are also a possibility when molding to customer supplied cables with a sensor, proximity switch or other product attached to an open-ended cable. Other options such as labeling, Ethernet and LED configurations are available.
