New Products
New additions to the Bodine product line featured in this catalog include two all-new gearmotors; dual voltage variable speed AC products; and new brushless DC 34B/FV INTEGRAmotors. The all-steel gearing of the WX gearmotor produces up to 65% more torque than previous models. All 108 new WX stock models are available for instant shipment. The CG gearmotor delivers up to 1,000 lb-in. (113 Nm) of torque, the highest rating of any standard Bodine product.
Fifteen new models are available. Dual voltage (230/460VAC, 60 Hz, 3-phase) windings are now offered for many Pacesetter 34R and 42R frame motors and gearmotors with inverter duty ratings. The new 34B/FV INTEGRAmotor combines a PWM speed control, a brushless DC motor and an optical encoder. Parallel shaft and right angle gearmotor models are available.
Expanded Product Lines
Bodine has also upgraded many existing product lines. New low voltage permanent magnet DC models have been added for battery and solar powered applications. Bodine has expanded its line of hollow shaft gearmotors. Hollow shaft gearmotors reduce the overall space required by the gearmotor, and eliminate expensive shaft couplings, mounting hardware, and chains or sprockets. New standard models are also available for Bodine’s high performance direct-drive e-TORQ BLDC motor system.
The e-TORQ is ideal for applications where high torque, compact design and smooth operation are critical.
