The 240S Series mSATA is based on MLC NAND flash and designed to JEDEC standard MO-300B. The 240S MLC mSATA is offered in capacities from 8GB to 256GB.
The 240S MLC mSATA flash storage devices have Locked BOM control, and advanced wear leveling, ECC and defect management.
