December 14, 2017 -- Leidos and Claroty announced a partnership to provide passive monitoring capabilities to its Industrial Defender Automation Systems Manager (ASM) solution for industrial control systems (ICS) networks. Leidos customers will gain integration with the Claroty Platform for continuous threat monitoring, detection and response. The offering will be available through resale by Leidos to both current and future Leidos Industrial Defender ASM customers.
The Claroty Platform is a suite of integrated products specifically designed for OT or ICS environments. It provides protection, detection and response capabilities for OT or ICS networks. The platform proactively protects and continuously monitors ICS networks in a passive manner for cyber threats. This approach ensures no interruption to critically important industrial processes. With secure remote access, asset owners can employ policies to control remote employee and third-party access to critical systems, and record the sessions.
Continuous threat detection creates a detailed inventory of industrial network assets, identifies misconfigurations, monitors traffic between assets, and finds anomalies that may indicate the presence of a malicious actor. Alerts provide plant and security personnel with actionable insights for efficient investigation, response, and recovery.
