The high-resolution LCD display/computer meets NEMA 12 standards when wall mounted, and NEMA 4/4X when panel mounted.

August 20, 2008 – Comark announces a 42-in. LCD display/computer with optional touchscreen. The high-resolution LCD display/computer is designed to meet NEMA 12 standards when wall mounted, withstanding circulating dust, falling dirt, and dripping non-corrosive liquids. When panel mounted, it meets NEMA 4/4X requirements, withstanding falling dirt, inclement weather, hose-directed water and corrosion. The internal computer is available with a range of processor and memory options and is capable of running Windows or Linux based applications.

Storage options include hard drive and/or compact flash, available up to 120GB and 32GB respectively. Touchscreen options include surface acoustic wave and projected capacitive, with alternate screen protection options of polycarbonate shields or safety glass. “Our 42-in. industrial display is a cost effective way of visually sharing production data on the factory floor at the workcell or plant level,” commented Steve Schott, President of Comark Corporation. “The large screen works well with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to provide real-time information on production status, quality and productivity.

The integrated computer option allows the system to be deployed very easily by just attaching a network and power cable.”
