December 9, 2010 - CSWorks released version 1.4.4000.0 of its free HMI/SCADA software.
This release of CSWorks introduces alarm notification features that gives managers, operators and supervisors the ability to:- get notified by email or SMS when some specific alarms in their HMI system becomes active- acknowledge these alarms via SMS.CSWorks alarm notification subsystem also features:- user availability schedules- recipient group management- support for complex escalation procedures- configurable message content.SMS is the best way to guarantee that alarm notifications from building management and process control systems are communicated and acted on in a timely manner.CSWorks provides a modular, service-oriented, open architecture which means that application engineers can configure complex distributed solutions without writing a single line of code.
