Dacke Industri has renamed its four divisions in line with business sectors and technologies and realigned certain companies under new divisions.

Dec. 12, 2025 – As part of Dacke Industri's ongoing growth journey, it is further strengthening and clarifying its divisions to better reflect industrial strategic direction and business focus. To support this, Dacke Industri has renamed its four divisions in line with business sectors and technologies and realigned certain companies under new divisions.

All Dacke Industri's divisions are now organized into business areas. By structuring the newly renamed divisions in this way, the company creates a clearer framework that supports continued organic growth within each area. This model allows its companies to maintain their autonomy, while also facilitating more effective collaboration within each division.

“The updated structure provides our industrial group with a clearer foundation for organic growth and collaboration, while each company retains its autonomy," said Lars Fredin, Group CEO of Dacke Industri. "Complementary acquisitions remain central to our strategy, and our value-driven, decentralized culture—built on trust, integrity and development, continues to be the cornerstone of our success."
