July 25, 2008 - Bellevue, WA - Data-Linc announced today its appointment of its newest Sales Representative in China, Mr. Ren Ding. Ren graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology (China) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Automation and a minor in PC theory, PLCs and programming languages. He brings to Data-Linc five years of sales experience in automation products and systems with a strong background in account development and distributor management. He served as a sales engineer with Mitsubishi Electric and most recently as an account manager for Rockwell Automation.
During his career he has worked very closely with heavy industry applications including metal, mining, port, manufacturing and factory and machinery control, as well as others. “We hired Ren because he has a strong commitment to excellence and has demonstrated his ability to manage distribution channels which makes him the ideal person to run Data-Linc's highly successful, multi-tiered distribution channel in China. Additionally, his experience working with all segments associated with heavy industry, Data-Linc's key market in China and throughout the world, will allow him to further our reputation for knowledgeable technical support and outstanding customer service,” stated Bill Corr, Data-Linc’s International Sales Manager. “We are pleased to welcome him to our sales team.”
