July 26, 2011 - DENSO upgraded its b-CAP binary control access protocol option. The protocol enables users to control a DENSO robot by means of a device such as a PC, PLC, vision system or smartphone, without the need to learn a robot programming language, thus reducing development time and cost.

The b-CAP version also incorporates a server mode that makes communication between the robot and the control device even faster.
