Duncan, S.C., June 15, 2026 — Deutronic USA, a global leader in intelligent power electronics and test systems, has significantly expanded its North American operations with a move to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Duncan, S.C. By tripling its operational footprint from what was about 4,000 to 15,600 square feet, the company is scaling its capacity to support the surging demand for high performance electrification solutions across the United States.
The new facility marks a strategic pivot for Deutronic USA from simple warehousing to a logistics and technical support hub. It sits with immediate access to Interstate 85 and close proximity to the Greenville inland port rail service, which provides a critical link between major hubs like Atlanta and Norfolk, Va.
Zubin Verma, general manager of Deutronic USA, emphasized the expansion is about more than just square footage. "This facility represents a new chapter for Deutronic in the U.S.," Verma stated. "By more than tripling our space, we are significantly increasing our warehouse capacity for all standard and customer-specific products, ensuring quicker delivery times and immediate availability of spare parts for our OEM partners."
Deutronic is a trusted partner for worldwide OEMs, providing robust power electronics designed to survive the most rigorous industrial applications. The Duncan facility will serve as the primary U.S. base for the company’s product lines, which are engineered to withstand extreme vibration, shock and atmospheric conditions.
While Deutronic is renowned for its ruggedized DC/DC converters for hybrid and electric vehicles, the Duncan facility will place a heightened focus on the company’s industry-leading charging computers. Engineered for the demanding environments of automobile production lines and professional auto dealer service centers, these systems are critical for maintaining vehicle health during complex diagnostic and programming procedures.
The lineup includes intelligent charging systems to deliver stable, filtered power during auto service and repair work. Customers also gain direct U.S. access to specialized test software and hardware that ensures electrical safety and functional reliability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
As an owner-managed company, Deutronic maintains a unique level of agility, allowing for flexible production runs and specialized customization that larger competitors often cannot match. The Duncan expansion empowers Deutronic to collaborate more closely with North American manufacturers in on- and off-highway automotive, agriculture, construction, mining and logistics to develop tailored power solutions for their specific engineering challenges.
"We are a strategic partner for OEMs throughout their electrification journey," added Verma. "Our increased presence in South Carolina ensures we can be even more responsive to our customers' unique power requirements and the complexity of their modern applications."
Verma indicated customers will benefit additionally from a new centralized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform that is now installed.
“The ERP system improves all of our internal processes. It strengthens all communications with customers and enables us as a global team to support international customers more effectively in dynamic market environments. For U.S. based customers, our Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is now available on our website, making service and repair handling more direct and easier than ever.”
The new facility is located at 140 Congress Blvd., Suite E., in Duncan, S.C. 29334, and can be reached by telephone at 864-586-1866.
