Under the terms of the agreement, DVT has acquired the rights to MTI’s machine vision software products and intellectual property, as well as other related assets. “This action will position DVT to deliver world-class products and global support to customers in the semiconductor sector,” commented Bob Steinke, DVT Chairman and CEO.
