January 10, 2014 - Electrical Systems acquired the panel building operations of Power & Control Systems (PCSI). This acquisition positions ESL for long term growth by expanding its control panel client base and diversifying into more OEM product offerings. "The acquisition of PCSI is an opportunity to propel our growth as a leading panel builder in Southern California while continuing to provide clients with top notch quality and service," commented David Hellmers, ESL's president. PCSI has been integrated into ESL's 36,000 square foot facility in Corona, California.
All ongoing PCSI projects are being transitioned smoothly, ensuring all customers continue to receive the highest level of on-time, top quality control panels.
