September 9, 2008 – Ellison Technologies announced that, part effective April 1, 2009, Tim Kilty will become the Chief Executive Officer of Ellison Technologies, replacing Jim Ellison who will continue to serve in an advisory capacity. “Although no one can replace Jim, he has prepared me well for my new assignment. We have great partners in Mori Seiki & Fanuc Robotics and I look forward to our expanding relationship,” stated Tim Kilty, who has served as COO of Ellison Technologies and Chairman over the Executive Committee for the past five years. Kilty began his career with Ellison Technologies in 1984 as President of the Midwest operations and has over 38 years of machine tool sales and management experience.
