MIC released a new regulation concerning EMS test for MIC certificate on Dec. 29, 2006. The new regulation requires Bureau Veritas labs to apply several new test standards on EMS. The new surge test has already been effective since January 1, 2007 concerning immunity, signal ports and telecommunication ports.
