April 9, 2009 – Ethernet Direct announces the Doberman DGM-410 and DGM-410LCD mini programmable controllers equipped with a cellular transceiver intended to monitor industrial equipment. Its purpose is to send real time data to the monitoring system in order to provide real time status and can handle a large amount of data. The optional GPS model can serve as a tracking system used in vehicle management or maritime system. DGM series is designed with GPRS/GSM module, an Ethernet interface, optional GPS module, 3 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs, 8 analog inputs, 2 RS-232 and 1 RS-485 port. DGM series are ideal for industrial rated environments due to its robust housing design.

M2M is consists in setting up a central management point for remote equipments and communication is set up between a central control system or server through and any type of equipment over one or multiple communication networks.
