If the schedule of the recipient is not active when an email notification message should be sent (time of alarm, return to normal, ...), you can now instruct TopView to queue these emails and send them once the schedule is again active. Direct-to-pager notificationCall pagers directly and send numeric notification messages Modem Notification can now be used to deliver numeric messages directly to pagers.

This is equivalent to dialing a pager phone number and entering a numeric message using the phone keypad. A new option allows a monitored point to be automatically acknowledged when it returns to normal from an alarm state.
