The new diagnostic identifies specific control loop problems or specifies control loop performance as "OK".PlantTriage continually monitors and performs 60 assessments of performance for every control loop in the plant. The new simple diagnostic message distills those 60 assessments into one simple text message or diagnostic. Diagnostics are prioritized based on the potential improvement to operations. Some of the possible messages are: "Oscillating due to valve", "Sluggish Tuning", and "Failed sensor".
