April 5, 2010 – Fiberguide Industries has appointed Bill Lepoir as Director of North American Sales.Lepoir will be responsible for expanding Fiberguide’s existing reach by finding new OEM customers through the company’s outside sales force. Additionally, he will work closely with inside sales, order administration and customer service to streamline the company’s internal procedures. Lepoir will also be responsible for providing customer input, along with Fiberguide’s new Product Development Manager and engineering group, to bolster new product development.Previous to his position at Fiberguide, Lepoir was Business Development Manager at RTP Corporation (Pompano Beach, FL), a manufacturer of safety control systems for the refinery, petrochemical and power industries.
Prior to that, he was Regional Sales Manager at Siemens Power Group (New York, NY) for the instruments and controls division. Lepoir holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Ohio Institute of Technology (Columbus, OH).Fiberguide Industries, Inc. manufactures a comprehensive line of standard and custom high optical transmission fibers, OEM assemblies and ultra precision arrays. FDA registered as a Contract Manufacturer and Custom Device Manufacturer, Fiberguide’s corporate and optical fiber manufacturing facilities are located in Stirling, New Jersey, with a manufacturing/assembly facility in Caldwell, Idaho.
