IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 3, 2025 – FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology has announced the IAA105 Digitally Configurable Analog Voltage Amplifier, a precision signal-conditioning module for industrial automation, aerospace and medical applications. The IAA105 combines high analog accuracy with digital configurability to simplify setup and calibration, deliver consistent measurements across a wide range of sensors, and ensure seamless integration with PLCs, DAQs, and other control platforms.

Precision performance
IAA105’s novel design provides enhanced linearity (±0.004% Full Scale Range) and ultra-low noise (~2.8 mVp-p at 1 kHz), minimizing error introduced by the amplification stage within the signal measurement chain.
Digital configurability
Setup, calibration as well as amplifier parameters such as gain, bandwidth, offset, and shunt calibration are digitally configurable via Bluetooth or USB using FUTEK’s SENSIT software. Because settings are stored digitally, they are immune to vibration, shock, or incidental movement, supporting stable long-term performance.
Universal compatibility
A wide input range, adjustable bridge excitation, and variable gain enable direct interfacing with most Wheatstone bridge strain gauge sensors, including load cells, torque sensors, and pressure transducers. A low output impedance allows seamless connection to PLCs, DAQs, and control systems.
Robust protection and reliability
Designed and assembled to IPC Class III standards, the IAA105 features built-in fault detection (open/short circuit), a hot-swappable design, status LEDs, and a rugged aluminum enclosure with a spring-loaded 35 mm DIN-rail clip to help ensure reliable operation while minimizing downtime.
