December 16, 2014 - Gens Sensors & Controls introduced its Gems Sensors & Controls Connect, a free mobile application download for Android, iPhone and iPad devices. Gems Sensors & Controls Connect is a companion to the company’s recently released online digital standard product catalog. The mobile application features identical look, feel and navigation to the catalog, with the added convenience of real-time access to thousands of standard liquid level, flow and pressure sensors, indicators, transmitters, receivers, solid state and intrinsically safe relays and barriers, miniature solenoid valves and proximity sensors. Each page may be downloaded into an online briefcase, or shared via email and social media.

Products are also directly linked to technical application support resources and online ordering. The mobile application is available as a free-of-charge download from the Applications library of any compatible device. Upon installation, users are also given the option to receive real-time updates of new catalog pages, generating directly from the mobile application itself. Software upgrades will also be automatically issued on an as-needed basis to keep pace with operating system upgrade requirements.
