June 29, 2011 - Geometric released NestLib 2011 R2 with improvements in grid nesting algorithm and new features to meet advance cutting requirements.
The highlights of NestLib 2011 R2 are:
- Material saving, using the improved grid algorithm
- Multi–tool support for cutting different edges in a part by incorporating different tool compensation in the nested layout
- Capability to handle piercing data attached to a part while nesting
