SCHAUMBURG, IL (January 19, 2007) – HEIDENHAIN Corporation announces the appointment of three National Sales and Product Managers, effective January 1, 2007. These National Sales and Product Managers will cover business activities for all of HEIDENHAIN’s North American customers and prospects, and have been appointed by market segment.
These new National Sales and Product Managers are:
- Kevin Kaufenberg, National Sales and Product Manager, Electronics, Semiconductor & Metrology Division (this includes medical markets)
- Chris Weber, National Sales and Product Manager, Machine Tool Division (this includes metalworking)
- Tom Wyatt, National Sales and Product Manager, Automation Division (this includes drive technology)Any machine builder, re-seller or retrofitter that needs motion control will fall into one of these market categories.The extensive knowledge of motion control applications and HEIDENHAIN products was instrumental in the selection of these men as the division heads for their respective markets.
Each of these three managers has been with HEIDENHAIN for many years, with a combined amount of over 40 years.
