September 12, 2016 - The FlexSILon TMC solution, operating on the HIMax platform, has the power and multitasking capabilities to integrate but segregate all needed functions within a single chassis. In fact, up to 32 programs can be run simultaneously, each one independent from the others and functionally segregated. Operation, control and protection run on one CPU while over-speed trip runs on a separate and independent CPU (SIL 3) on the same backplane.
