It features high sensitivity, low power consumption an ultra-small form factor and can be mounted on a din rail. It can be used with Modbus RTU based control devices and SCADA software. The GPS-721-MRTU provides sensitivity and performance in the harshest environments.
It provides users with one digital output and one PPS GPS output channel which puts out one 100 ms pulse per second. This GPS based product is communicable over RS-232 and RS-485. The PPS signal can be used for precise timekeeping and time measurement. You can combine the PPS function with another method as a time synchronization source. GPS-721-MRTU GPS remote module can be used with other systems through Modbus RTU protocol as well as a general purpose GPS module over an serial interface.
