May 25, 2009 – igus published an addition to its TechTalk Design Advice Series, created and written by igus product managers. “A Basic Guide to Continuous-flex Cables” discusses the bundling verses layering technique for high-flex cables. It also talks about how cables constructed in layers are significantly cheaper to produce, but offer limited service life in long-travel, gliding or demanding-flex applications.
