February 5, 2014 - infoteam Software names Siegfried Schülein Business Segment Head. The native of Upper Franconia in Bavaria has over 30 years' experience in the field of automation technology. He spent the last 25 years working for the Baumüller Nürnberg Group. During this time, he was responsible for setting up and developing control and automation technology, as well as for realising strategic system solutions in the market. In early 2011, he took over as head of global sales for automations systems by Baumüller Nürnberg GmbH.
He has now been applying this extensive industry and technological expertise at infoteam since January 2014. In his new role, he is responsible for the strategic expansion of the Business Segment Machine Building. Specifically, his focus will be on cooperating with machine manufacturing companies in the German-speaking area and in Switzerland. The company is positioning itself as a reliable software partner with a track record in developing vendor-neutral and cross-platform applications for the fields of mechanical and plant engineering.
