December 6, 2016 - Online-Devices announces the USB/TCP controller series for industrial use from Intelligent-Appliance. those new controllers feature 32, 48 or 64 relays, and up to 277 VAC @ 10 AMP.
The series include 2 sorts of controllers: Ethernet controlled - IA-3152-E and USB controlled IA-3132-U2i / IA-3172-U2i. all the controllers have the ability to be locally extended to control thousands of relays while using a single channel of communication.
The main interface of communication, USB or Ethernet, is eclectically isolated from the managing pc consequently improving the device’s resistance to noise significantly, in order to avoid the risk of a ground loops.
Wiring 64 relay is usually a complex mission, both during the preliminary set up and during maintenance. those new controllers employ two methods to get the mission finished:
- The controllers have detachable screw connectors, making the mission of changing a controller a great deal easier.
- The controller wiring is arranged in 4 or 8 relays (depending at the model) groups, with joined common conductor for each of the groups, reducing the wires needed to wire the relays by half.
The dimensions of the 64-relay controller are the equal dimensions as the commonplace 32 relay controllers, due to the properly-organized wiring and heat treatment.
The controllers in this series are designed to manage low voltage devices, commonly 12-30 VDC, and high voltage gadgets, commonly 90-277 VAC. all the controllers in the series feature inner manner of safety to shield all the relays’ contacts. these means of safety contribute to the prevention of electromagnetic noise, while prolonging the lifetime of those relay controllers significantly.
