Intelligent Instrumentation names Robert Auman president and CEO

Robert M. Auman was Vice President of worldwide sales. Auman has been with the company since 1986.

October 4, 2010 – Robert M. Auman, current Vice President of worldwide sales will be taking over as president and CEO of the Company. Mr. Auman has been with the company since 1986 in various capacities. Prior to becoming VP of Sales in 1998, he was VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Auman received his bachelors degree from Susquehanna University, earned his CPA license in 1978 and has worked at Ernst & Young in Philadelphia and New York City, and Tyco Inc. in Harrisburg, Pa, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.Paul R. Liska will become Executive Vice President. Mr.

Liska has been with the company since 1995, and prior to that with the then parent company, Burr-Brown. He received his BSBA degree from the University of Arizona in 1982, and has had management positions in public education, aerospace electronics manufacturing, and professional services in the public utility sector. Liska’s main roles have been in product management and customer support. Mr.

Liska is currently responsible for Manufacturing Operations and technical services, roles he will continue.Mr. Auman and Mr. Liska are both principals in the company. The outgoing president and CEO, Richard A.

Daniel, has been with the company in various roles since its inception in July of 1984. He will remain as Secretary of the corporation, with a reduced role in day-to-day operations.Intelligent Instrumentation manufactures a complete line of industrial, LAN-ready data collection computers, automated time and attendance solutions, and microterminals for data collection and operator interface/control panel applications. Intelligent Instrumentation also manufactures data acquisition, test, measurement and control systems for desktop and portable PCs, including distributed I/O systems for Ethernet and Internet networks. The company has a worldwide network of sales and service offices.
