Manufacturers and machine builders seeking the lowest costs for leak testing in high volume production scenarios can now achieve rapid test cycle times with the new InterTech Multi-Channel M1075-94X Pressure Change Leak Detector. This compact instrument features up to four independent test circuits each with separate pressure transducers. Six models are offered for either two or four-channel testing at high (0-10 psig), low (0-1 psig) or standard (0-3 psig) pressure.
All models feature a transducer repeatability of 0.05% F.S.D., a transducer sensitivity of < 10-5 psi (STD), 0.01 second timer increments and a low internal volume (<1.5 cm3 ).
Up to 1000 test records can be stored and analyzed for mean standard deviation or mean ± 3 standard deviation. An easy-to-use touch panel displays all phases of test status, including reasons for rejects.
