ISA Announces Details of 51st Annual Instrumentation Symposium

Research Triangle Park, NC -- The 51st International Instrumentation Symposium (IIS) will be held on 8-12 May 2005 in Knoxville, TN. The symposium program features technical papers presented by industry experts, a vendor product exhibition, tutorials, and training seminars. Conference topics include measurement/sensors, instrumentation systems, wireless systems, sensors/detectors for Homeland Security, MEMS, instruments in physical science, and data systems.

Training courses include Implementing Wireless Technology, Introduction to Measurement Uncertainty, and Selection and Application of Process Measurement Sensors.The keynote will be delivered by Elaine Seat, Ph.D., University of Tennessee on "Realizing Your Potential."
