After surveying our members and customers, we determined that Houston will be a great venue for the 2007 event. Feedback from exhibitors and attendees indicated an interest in holding next year's event in Houston again, primarily due to the convenience of the facility and the city.
The exhibitors noted the diversity of professional interests and industry backgrounds of typical attendees to be broad and helpful in gaining relevant insights," said Ken Baker, ISA President.ISA EXPO has been very successful in multiple host cities, and Houston has typically attracted a particularly large audience for the technical conference and training programs.
The number of exhibitors, diversity of products and services displayed, and numbers of attendees are all factors when comparing host cities for a particular year, and ISA has found Houston to be one of the best destinations for its annual conference.Ian Verhappen, ISA EXPO 2006 Technical Conference Chair added, "We have been very pleased with our ability to attract the best minds in the automation community in organizing our 2006 program in Houston.
