ISA's 50th International Instrumentation Symposium To Be Held May 9-13 in San Antonio, TX

Research Triangle Park, NC (16 February 2004) – ISA announces the 50th International Instrumentation Symposium (IIS), 9-13 May 2004, in San Antonio, Texas. Jointly sponsored by the ISA Aerospace Industries and Test Measurement Divisions, this symposium is recognized as the outstanding forum for discussion of new and innovative instrumentation techniques, development and applications. Speakers and attendees from all over the world attend IIS for the opportunity to speak to an international audience, participate in informal discussions and social gatherings, and acquire the latest technological information. This year’s symposium topics include: Measurements/Sensors; Data Systems; Instrumentation Systems; and Advanced Systems/Sensor Technology.

The Symposium also offers short courses, tutorials, and exhibits to complement the conference sessions, as well as a special 50th Anniversary Celebration event. The Aerospace Industries Division is for professionals involved with all aspects of instrumentation associated with ground testing, flight testing and control of airplanes, missiles and space vehicles, and with measurements made in evaluation of the medium through which they operate. ISA's Test Measurement Division covers the measurement, instrumentation and techniques associated with providing test data for product development and evaluation. The 50th IIS takes place at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, Texas, USA.
