March 28, 2016 - Isel Automation introduces Flat Bed Gantry that has a table surface with T slots so mounting fixturing for specific or even general applications is easy. Typical tooling used includes spindle motors, dispensing heads, cameras, force sensors, color analyzers, spot welding heads and many others.
No need for assembly, squaring of parts, machining of brackets or stands.
The gantry is available in 6 XY travels from 11”x13” to 48”x41”, Z gantry clearances of 7.8", 11.8" or 19.7, and in XY or XYZ configurations.
Motor options include stepper, brushless serv and brush servo. Applications include spot welding, laser engraving, drilling, dispensing, positioning, pick & place, inspection etc.
