Boulder, Colorado, September 1, 2006 - ISONAS Security Systems has announced that ETL, the international testing laboratory, as awarded UL-294 certification for ISONAS ClearNet IP Reader-Controllers®. Certification signifies that the ISONAS products have been tested and found to meet industry standards for electronic devices and physical access control.ISONAS IP Readers eliminate the need for traditional security control panels and connect directly to a company’s data network. According to ISONAS CEO, Michael Radicella, the company sought UL-294 certification in response to requests from customers. “In addition to our dealers and integrators, we are experiencing demand for certification from end-users who have to comply with local ordinances,” said Radicella.
