May 9, 2014 – Johnson Electric announced a circulator pump for energy saving condensing boilers. The Circulator Pump is a platform designed for integration within compact condensing boilers. The performance and efficiency of the pump platform exceeds the European Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) of <= 0.18 today and also is an improvement over the 2015 standard. The circulator pump combines a custom impeller design and brushless motor technology to deliver the highest system performance.
Compared to the company's currently available pumps, the circulator pump delivers 40% higher pressure to provide heating coverage for a wide range of building sizes and 30% higher flow rate for faster heating.
