L-com signs Allied as distributor for HyperLink products

Allied will offer the HyperLink product line, which includes antennas, surge and lightning protectors for WLANs, SCADA Systems, ISM, GSM and RFID design applications.

September 29, 2008 - Allied Electronics, a subsidiary of Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), will add L-com’s HyperLink Technologies product line to its product offering. “Allied is pleased to add the HyperLink product line to our line card and offer customers access to their innovative solutions for wireless communication,” said Scott McLendon, Vice President of Marketing at Allied. “Customers can now benefit from our expanded offering of wireless connectivity equipment.” Allied will offer the entire HyperLink product line, which includes antennas, surge and lightning protectors and other products that can be used in WLANs, SCADA Systems, ISM, GSM and RFID design applications.
