The robotic system can inspect 100% of parts, thereby eliminating the traditional sampling method. It can also make multi-dimensional, high-speed measurements to 0.001 inches, often in less than one minute.
The easy-to-use technology features graphical user interfaces (GUI), requires very little training, can be used for multiple parts, and consumes a small manufacturing footprint. In addition to inspection, the adaptive, flexible robot system can also sort and package.
