Based on the SIS741CX/964 chipset, Lanner's EM-9640 supports dual independent displays with 3D graphics accelerations and onboard MPEG-2 decoder. Onboard 5.1 audio completes the advanced AV features making it ideal for standalone digital signage and multimedia applications.The EM-9640 supports a range peripherals including a Gigabit networking port, four USB ports, four COM ports, parallel port, IRDA, a Mini-PCI slot and a CF slot to round off the range of add-on options for flexibility to fit the target application.The EM-9640 is available for immediate evaluation.
