The kit includes everything necessary to professionally clean lenses, mirrors, and windows in the field, including CO2 laser optics. Featuring complete step-by-step instructions, this kit is ideally suited for most precision optics such as CaF2, fused silica, germanium, sapphire, silicon, ZnSe, and ZnS. Initially developed for removing spatter in the field from CO2 optics to prevent damage to coatings and improve laser performance, It includes 24 surgical-grade finger cots, 24 cotton balls, 24 lens matts, distilled water, polishing compound, reagent-grade isopropyl alcohol and acetone, and an air bulb to remove dust.
