These Micro Stage linear positioning stages are available with 6 mm lead anti-backlash lead screws or 4 mm lead heavy duty ball screws. They are ideal for pick-and-place, assembly, sampling, testing, robotics, and other precision positioning applications.The Lead Screw Micro Stage linear positioning stages are available in three travel lengths, 10 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm.
Features include: 0.03 mm repeatability, 0.03 mm/full step resolution, max speeds of 50, 80, 100 mm/sec., and the max load for all lead screw stages is 4.9 N (0.5 kgf).The Ball Screw Micro Stage positioning stages are available in four travel lengths, 40 mm, 60 mm, 120 mm, and 200 mm.
Features include: 0.01 mm repeatability, 0.02 mm/full step resolution, max speed 120 mm/sec., and the max load for all ball screw stages is 39.2 N (4.0 kgf).The standard 28 mm stepping motor can be micro-stepped and it also can be supplied with an optional encoder for closed loop operation.
These Micro Stage linear positioning stages have stainless steel way covers, and these light weight stages can also be mounted verticaly (z-axis). Optional End-of-Travel limit switches are easily adjustable.
