BMA Coal has standardized on ProcessMORe software for its production and dispatch system. BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, and the world's largest supplier to the seaborne coking coal market.

Edmonton, Alberta - April 26, 2007 - BMA Coal has standardized on ProcessMORe for its production and dispatch system. ProcessMORe will be deployed at five additional facilities following successful implementation at two sites in late 2006.

Matrikon's ProcessMORe was selected to provide a flexible and reliable production accounting solution for the processing plant, train loading facility and stockpile operations at seven mines and to provide the corporate office with central monitoring and reporting for these sites. The ProcessMORe solution ties into existing data assets and provides seamless integration with external business partners, such as Queensland Rail and internal business systems including mine information centre, plant historian, port information management system & the corporate Intranet.

In addition to providing seamless integration throughout the supply chain, the initial project deployment streamlined plant operations and enabled the mining company to eliminate up to 95% of manual data entry and improve the timeliness of standardized reports.Sam Crisafulli, Managing Director of Matrikon's Asia-Pacific Operations, reported: "We are pleased that BMA Coal has selected Matrikon's software products for their production and dispatch requirements. Our software solutions will assist BMA Coal in streamlining operations across their seven sites and improve visibility from the corporate office."
