April 15, 2009 - MAVERICK Technologies acquired the assets of Mission Controls Inc., a provider of systems integration and programming services for the dairy, food and beverage industries. As part of MAVERICK, operations will continue in the former Mission Controls southern California office. This acquisition will further strengthen MAVERICK's overall service offering."
