The optoNCDT 1420 is used in sorting tasks, warehouse logistics, warehouse automation and robotics but also in the electronics production, wood processing, medical engineering, laser engraving equipment and machine building.

July 14, 2017 - The optoNCDT 1420 is by now also available with a measuring range of 500mm. This smart laser sensor is suitable for logistics, warehouse automation and robotics.

The optoNCDT 1420 laser sensors offer a combination of speed, size, performance and application flexibility. Their accuracy and measuring rate enable displacement, distance and position measurements up to 4kHz. The optoNCDT 1420-500 laser sensor is a laser sensor with a 500mm measuring range.

The optoNCDT 1420 is used in sorting tasks, warehouse logistics, warehouse automation and robotics but also in the electronics production, wood processing, medical engineering, laser engraving equipment and machine building.

The optoNCDT 1420 laser triangulation sensors measure displacement, distance and position on a non-contact, wear-free basis.

The measurement task can be selected using the quality slider and can be further optimized using the video signal display, signal peak selection and individually adjustable signal averaging. The ROI function (region of interest) allows e.g. for interfering signals in the background to be filtered out. The multifunction button enables sensor commissioning for measurement tasks.
