Micro-Power introduces ME100S DC/DC Converters
ME100S series are suitable for board level power distribution applications requiring miniature size, robust performance, and low cost.

November 27, 2013 -MicroPower Direct introduces ME100S DC/DC Converter that provides 1W of output power in an ultra-miniature 4-pin SIP package. They are specifically designed to provide the wide selection, miniature size, I/O isolation and economy required by a wide range of space critical board level applications. Thirty Five models operate from 3.3, 5, 12, 24, and 48 VDC inputs, providing single outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, 18 or 24 VDC.

Standard features include efficiency as high as 83%, 1,000 VDC input/output isolation, and low noise operation. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the ME100S series is greater than 1.1 Mhours. The ME100S family is packaged in a miniature, 4-pin SIP case that requires very little board space. The pin-out is industry standard and all case materials meet UL94-V0 requirements.

Each model is specified for operation over the wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with no derating or heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection. The ME100S series is an ideal solution for a wide variety of board level power distribution applications requiring miniature size, robust performance, and low cost.
