August 23, 2017 - The ML100SRI series is a family of 1W DC/DC converters in a miniature SMT case. These converters are a choice for board level power distribution applications.
Eight models operate from 3.3 and 5.0 VDC inputs, providing outputs of 3.3, 5.0, ±3.3 or ±5.0 VDC.
Standard features include an input/output isolation of 4,200 VDC, efficiency to 78% and high temperature operation. The MTBF of the ML100SRI series (per MIL HDBK 217F) is greater than 7.0 Mhours.
The ML100SRI family is packaged in a SMT case with an industry standard pin out. All models are available on tape/reel for use with automated production equipment. Operation for all models is specified over the operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (to 100°C with no derating) with no heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.
