July 30, 2019 - The MPU-240S series, available from MicroPower Direct, is a series of AC/DC power supplies. These power supplies are specifically designed to provide performance, high power density, safety approvals and size required by a range of applications in a variety of industries.
Eight standard models operate from universal inputs of 90 to 264 VAC, providing tightly regulated single outputs. Outputs are factory set to 5, 12, 15, 24, 28, 32, 38 or 48 VDC. standard features include EN 55032 class B emissions, power factor correction, 4,000 VAC I/O isolation (5,656 VDC), and 20 mS hold-up time (with cover). All models are protected for over load, over voltage & short circuit faults. The MTBF is greater than 50 kHours (per MIL HDBK 217F).
All models are approved to UL 60950.
The MPU-240S family is packaged in a 6” x 4.18” x 1.38” U-Chassis. Three I/O connector types are available for all models, terminal blocks, Molex, or clamp blocks. This supply is also available with a “finger safe” cover.
Each model is specified for operation over the operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C (ambient).
